The Taste of Sparkling Wine

The 1st batch of Q1A had their activity on fine dinning but I cannot give you the precise details because I was not one of the lucky ten who entered the room of Russia.
Well as I have heard (and saw by taking a peak inside) is a Russian service, their restaurant's name is simply delish and some of them are outside for dishwashing. There food was first, the egg soup next the appetizer, their main dish is sweet and sour fish and their dessert is chocolate cake (yum).
At the end of the operation, I quickly went inside to take a sip of their red sparkling wine.. It's the first time that I tasted it.. it's so bitter at first because of the rotten old grapes... but later after a few sips.. I eventually appreciate it's delicious taste.
well.. good luck to my fellow batch 2 classmates.. and hope I could taste our white sparkling wine.
