tough beginnings

YEY! I'm back! After a month of hard work, stress and less sleep days..
well.. I'm sorry if my English is not good, it's the result of learning and speaking of my native tongue (bisaya / Cebuano.. the other one is Filipino/ Tagalog but it's the latter that I'm talking about). I mean I'm only good at speaking two languages.. but when it comes to three, the other one will be left behind, so I'm planning to borrow some books in the school library.. if they would let me.
About my OJT, it's very tiring yet productive. I've learned a lot and now I know how to make custard cake, chocolate cake, loaf cake, chiffon cake, frostings, pastilles and many more. Also I could carry a heavy load of stuff due to goblet crates with and without glasses from bar to the kitchen. Well, during the duty I have lots of complaints like how heavy the workload is and also body pains but hey, that's the reality so I have no choice but to keep it to myself, anyways I'll get on with it. Also I complained (to myself and others.. not to my work mates) that I'm a dishwasher... not a waiter .... and I'm bound inside the bar serving drinks to guests who came by... well my friend said that " well.. great people came from humble beginnings.. who knows that one day you'll be a manager? who before was a steward?" well.. that made me think.. Life isn't easy and I have lots of things to endure..
well that's all for now...
