I was tipsy; drank a shot of rum, half bottle of t-ice and a few sips of tequila sunrise. I was hyper, wanting to enjoy the night and rule the dance floor. I danced with my friends, until I met this cute guy.

He's tall, dark and handsome, unfortunately it took me a long time to notice it. He's my classmate in my tourism class and we seldom talk to each other. Music rang in my ears as I put up the courage to talk to him. We were waiting for the bartender to give us a shot of devil sunrise tequila and honestly the taste was so bitter. I'm not into silver tequilas you know. So there, I ask him the most simplest questions and ended up having his number.


Weeks later, we saw each other again when we planned to watch a local movie. While waiting for the time, we played games at the arcade. It was really obvious that my friend, zoey, set me up to him even during the movie me and James seated beside together.

I had fun talking to him, he's an easygoing guy. We talked a lot while having dinner and it's nice of him to accompany me when I need to go and buy some load. Even after drinking blue margaritas, he's polite of accompanying me to buy a gift for my friend; and because of my dad calling me, I parted ways with them and hoping that we could see each other again.



That's it, that's the time when I have hope to like somebody else again, but the hardest thing is this: he didn't move on with his past relationship. He's the man whom you can say that he has everything that you wanted for, unfortunately, James is the man who can't be moved.
