A little bit of sunshine part two

After a tour around the annex, me and my friends walk around the mall: we drool over ice cream shops, look at the new clothes on the rack, spotted other people who didn’t showed up in the party (which was really disheartening because they didn’t waste their money and could afford a scoop of MOCHI ICE CREAM) and troll the people who went to the mall after they showed up in the party.
One of my favorite part of the tour was when we walk around a booth. Araw ng Dabaw is fast approaching and we stumbled upon a beautiful lady named “Ate Che” who is the caretaker of the booth. She let us hear the original song which was played last year and three song entries that will be judged to be chosen as the new song for the upcoming Araw ng Dabaw. We also look at the paintings of the senior and youth from the painting contest. Adorable miniatures of mascots were displayed: eagle, waling-waling, tribe man and durian. I’m really sorry If I couldn’t remember the names of the song entries and the mascot’s names but what I’ve written on my notebook was a list of events that I am going to watch and to join.
Anyways, after our little nice chat with “Ate Che”, we went downstairs to go the Agro Trade Fair in the parking lot, but Japson saw dogs in a pet shop window so we took a look. The Siberian Husky is the most ADORABLE PUPPY that I’ve ever seen… actually it’s the second, I forgot the name of the other dog who gave me puppy eyes, it’s the one who bagged the first place. The Golden Retriever wants to be with Claire and Japson really wants to have the “Chaw Chaw” (is the spelling right?). After we discovered that they are worth thousands of Pesos, we Immediately walk to the Trade Fair; there we see beautiful flower species: Esther, Lavender, and so on and so forth. I finally found seedlings of some of the Herbs and Spices; my friends persuaded me to get a calling card, which is useless because the shop was just a kilometer away from the house. I discovered that the name of the herb in our house is “Choco Mint” and that Italian Oregano is much aromatic than Oregano and that I want to buy them and get my hands dirty.
Finally, we decided to go home and we got lucky to ride a shuttle for free. It was one of my memorable days with my friends: my rays of sunshine.
