Epic Fail Birthday Surprise

Finally, it’s my 19th birthday; goodbye 18.

I realize that I did have fun last year, I did a lot of things even though it’s quite impossible.

Nothing’s really impossible.

I grabbed opportunities, I sacrifice a lot, I tried to battle my own struggles and learned to face every single challenge that was thrown to me.

Somehow, I grown into a different person and what happened during the dare, made me realize a lot of things, things that I have been trying to discover and to know myself what I’m really capable of, of what I really am.

I greeted the day with great optimism, I am ecstatic to see my beloved high school friends: Gabee and Liane who knew me more than I know myself and also hoping lots of unexpected surprises and greetings on facebook.

Another thing: I could finally talk to Jerah and Lexter.

When I arrived at the Funda Lab, ma’am Gloria greeted me, even though she’s a forgetful person, she’s impossible to forget important events. Later on, Sir Louie came and said that he has backlogged RD with his two students, surprisingly, Ma’am Glo didn’t know about it, but she let Sir Louie use the place.

Suddenly, Janelle, Bea, Melody and Jelia came in and sang:

“Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you-“

“sssssshhhhh!” I hissed.

Sir Louie and his student looked at me with surprise.

I raised my hand telling them to go on, but for them, it says “Stop.”

Oh shoot this is a mess.

My friends were embarrassed and ran outside, I immediately ran after them.

“What the heck are you guys doing?” I said.

“Janelle started it, we just want to surprise you.” Jelia said.

“you guys are so sweet, but it’s really an epic fail. Hmmm.. where’s Bea and Janelle?” I asked.

“They’re gone.” Melody replied.

“Finish the song.” I ordered.

And so they called Janelle and Bea and they sang again.

“You guys are lucky that Sir Louie is the one who conducted the RD, if it’s another C.I, you guys are dead.” I said.

“But you said that there’s no RD!” Janelle said.

“yes, but we didn’t know that Sir Louie has two students who didn’t took it up yet, unfortunately.” I said.

After that, they said their birthday wishes and bade goodbye.

I’m happy, but it’s really an epic fail.
